What started as a color study for a larger commissions has turned into this finished painting! My client wanted a couple walking on the beach, and I rearranged the palms and clouds in the final, but otherwise the color study is similar. I did eliminate all the homes and buildings along the coast...artistic license!! See my page of commissioned paintings if you'd like to compare.
