I've started painting a few smaller studies in Gouache paint. For those unfamiliar with Gouache, it is a water-based paint...but unlike transparent watercolor, it is opaque. You can layer it on thickly like oil paint, but it dries with a flatter look to the color. Anyway, long explanation...but fun to try different mediums! Each of these paintings is 5" x 5" on cold-press illustration board. They are sold unframed, but I show examples of each in a simple white frame. See the example images for a cool clean look.
